I always choose to stay in this hotel most of the time when I go back to Ipoh because the staff was so friendly n lovely most of the time .. I felt like I was going home instead of staying in side the hotel

here i going to make a statement of truth. seriously the service is the best compare with 5 star hotel. the staff are all good n kind. when i request a special room done in a special way for my son wedding. they do a great job. n photoshoot at the hotel to , they help us prepare everything. i been staying in this hotel few time n still the best of all. cant deny it.. hereh i would like to say thks to the art cottage staffs. excellent service.

Booked this place online with a very good rate.Very easy to locate because its located not far from the highway..With a very big and tall signage you can't miss it...around 10 min drive to Tambun Lost world waterpark and 10 min to Ipoh Parade...
The hotel was clean and comfortable and had the best shower!!!! The staff were friendly and welcoming and even sorted out some laundry for us. It is a 15 mins drive to the old town so if you don't have your own transport you will need to get a taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel.
